أثر البنوك الخارجية على أنشطة البنوك المحلية الفلسطينية

The Effect of foreign Banks upon the Activities of Palestinian National Banks

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على اثر البنوك الخارجية على أنشطة البنوك المحلية الفلسطينية في ستة مجالات إلى جانب معرفة الفروق في درجة التأثير بين هذه المجالات. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد وزعت 50 استبانه على فروع البنوك المحلية والخارجية وتم تحليل المعاد منها والبالغة 48 استبانه إحصائيا باستخدام تحليل التباين المتعدد المتغيرات للقياسات المتكررة (Repeat MANOVA) وكانت النتيجة أن أعلى متوسط كان على زيادة الوعي المصرفي، في حين كان اقل متوسط في دعم سلطة النقد الفلسطينية للبنوك المحلية. وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن ترفع من قدرة البنوك المحلية الفلسطينية في مواجهة منافسة البنوك الخارجية.

The main aim of the research is to investigate the effect of foreign banks upon the Palestinian national banks through six dimensions, besides, investigating the differences through these dimensions. To do so, 50questionnaires were distributed through branches of national and foreign banks, 48 questionnaires were analyzed using (Repeat MANOVA). The result of analysis emphasize the high mean the increasing of banking awareness, where as the least mean the support of Palestinian Monetary Authority for the Palestinian national banks. Upon that it will be recommended of some points that will help Palestinian national banks to be competitive against the foreign ones.
